Pay Anyone Mobile & Email payments

Now you can pay anyone using just their mobile number or email address while you’re on the go. It’s a convenient way to share a restaurant bill, taxi fair,  or pay your friends while you are out and about.

The recipient doesn’t need to be our member, all they need is an Australian bank account. Once you have sent the payment and the collection code to the recipient, they can claim their payment.

Security Tokens

To ensure your Mobile Banking experience is as secure as possible, South West Credit provides members with a free One Time Password Security Token.

One Time Password Security Tokens provide an extra layer of security, with individual rolling six-digit codes, changing every 30 seconds. Plus they are small enough to fit on your car keys.

Alternatively you can choose to use SMS One Time Passwords which work much the same but give you the added benefit of only needing you mobile phone to do your banking.
