Periodical Payments

This service enables you to make a payment or transfer from your savings account on a regular basis.

Periodical payments can be set up to recur (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) for an indefinite or fixed number of payments or transfers.  

Outgoing payments can be in the form of transfers to another member's account or another financial institution. Payments can also be by cheque posted to an address you nominate or to a Bpay biller.

Users of our Internet Banking Service can create their own periodical payments. What's more, you can view, edit or delete any existing periodical payment instruction we hold on file for you. A receipt is generated to confirm your request.

Branch Deposits and Withdrawals

The one place you can conduct all of your banking transactions and still be assured of a friendly smile and help when you need it is at our Branch in Warrnambool.

Simply call into our Branch or one of our agencies and you'll see how easy it is. You can transact on any of your accounts, make whatever enquiries you need to and can be rest assured that your interests are in good hands.

Payroll

Simply quote our BSB; 803-073 and your account number to your paymaster and your payroll can be credited electronically to your account.  Funds are cleared automatically and there is no longer the hassle to trying to bank your pay cheque.

Payroll deductions let you elect to have a certain amount taken out of your pay and re-directed to your accounts every pay day. It takes the pain out of saving and makes it a very convenient way to make your loan repayments.

Direct Credits and Debits

This services enables you to have funds directly credited or debits to or from your South West Credit accounts by other organisations or persons (third parties) - for example regular deposits such as weekly payrolls, tax refunds, superannuation, Centrelink benefits, foreign pensions, etc.

Personal Cheque Facility

A personal cheque facility provides Members with a method of paying bills, and may be particularly attractive to our business members where withdrawals require more that one signature, or where other most cost effective methods if bill payment are not available.

Electronic External Credits

This facility provides you with a quick and convenient way to transfer funds to an account at another financial institution using our Internet Banking service.
