South West Credit is currently seeking two highly motivated people to join its Member Experience Team in Warrnambool:

Member Experience Officer - Cashiering

As the Member Experience Officer in Cashiering, you will assist our customers with general over-the-counter cashiering duties as well as performing administrative tasks that support the functions of the Member Experience department.

We are looking for a person who:

  • is passionate about providing outstanding customer service
  • can work collaboratively with individuals and departments
  • competent in General Mathematics
  • has good problem solving abilities
  • able to use initiative and self-motivate

This position would be suitable for someone looking to establish a career within the financial services industry.

Member Experience Officer - Sales

The Member Experience Officer in Sales is responsible for providing our customers and potential customers of South West Credit with a quality financial banking experience at every interaction.
We are looking for a person who:

  • is passionate about connecting with customers to identify and manage the appropriate banking product and service that best suits their banking needs
  • is achievement orientated towards individual targets and team strategic goals
  • can work collaboratively across departments
  • and is self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
