As communicated in our July edition of Credit News, our ATM will be changing 1st October, 2019.

With people in Australia now having access to over 10,000 'fee free' ATMs Australia wide, the need for South West Credit to be part of an ATM Network has all but diminished.

From Tuesday, 1st October, 2019, South West Credit will no longer be part of the rediATM Network. This will result in the following changes:

  • All South West Credit cardholders will be charged $1 per withdrawal from South West Credit's ATM from 1st October, 2019.
  • rediATM will charge South West Credit cardholders a fee to withdraw cash from 1st October, 2019, so be sure to use a direct charge free ATM.
  • You will no longer be able to change your PIN at a rediATM from 1st October, 2019, however you will still be able to change your PIN in branch.

To avoid the direct charge going forward cardholders can transact at ATMs owned by the major banks (CBA, Westpac, ANZ and NAB) as these are direct charge free.

If you would like assistance identifying a direct charge free ATM, please don't hesitate to contact us on (03) 5560 3900.
